Buttes View manufactured home community is an age 55+ community that is conveniently situated on Highway 20 in the historic town of Colusa. Most homes are owned, but a few rental units are occasionally available. This community has a relaxed atmosphere in a quaint neighborhood and is graced by well-maintained lawns and mulberry trees, bordered by fields where wild turkeys and deer can sometimes be spotted. There is a clubhouse, onsite laundry, a car wash, and every home has its own carport.

About Colusa: Colusa is a quaint town located about 70 miles north of Sacramento that blends a thriving farming economy with an Old West flavor.
