About the Property
Continental is a manufactured home community located in the coastal Central California town of Lompoc. The community is in a secluded residential area not far from the beach, the downtown area, and the local high school. A playground and a clubhouse suitable for gatherings are located on the grounds. Some of the homes appliances include dishwashers and microwave ovens. Each home has its own yard and parking.

The quaint Danish village of Solvang lies just to the East, while Santa Barbara is about an hour's drive down Highway 101.
